Christine Iso Christmas Newsletter

Hi there!

Seasons greetings to you and your family and all of the best during this holiday season! The holidays are a great time to show gratitude, and I’m so thankful to all of my friends, family and associates who’ve placed their trust in the ISO TEAM throughout this year. I look forward to working with you in the coming years and am always here to answer any questions you have with no obligation.

Buyers are actively in the market, and they’re competing for homes to purchase. With the momentum coming out of this fall, all signs point to the winter housing market picking up steam, making it much busier than in a more typical year. And as we’ve seen in so many ways, 2020 and 2021 were anything but typical in real estate. It looks like 2022 may be joining that list before we know it.

Take advantage of today’s market and let’s talk about your needs in 2022 and how I can help you get the most out of your biggest investment! My Marketing, FREE STAGING and Negotiation skills will be sure to have you raving after it’s over, and we make the process fun along the way!

If you, or anyone you know, is in the market to buy, sell or invest, It would be my pleasure to assist you in a successful closing. After all, we wouldn’t be in business without your support and trust in the ISO TEAM. We’re very grateful and promise to do our BEST during and long after each transaction!

Here’s to a 2022 filled with love, happiness and prosperity! If you have any real estate questions, you can trust your #1 resource!

“Christine helped my mom and her siblings sell their childhood home, which was a very emotional and hard decision for them. Christine made the process easy, quick, and stress free. They could not stop raving about her so of course after that glowing review I had to ask her to help my family and I find our forever home. Christine was amazing! She really looks out for her clients and guided us step-by-step throughout the whole process. We found a house we loved on the first time out. Out of 15+ offers they chose ours! We weren’t the highest offer, but they chose us based on Christine’s reputation and her communication with the seller’s agent. Both the sellers and us agreed on a short escrow and Christine made sure that happened. Once again Christine guided us through the escrow process and continued to communicate with us and the seller’s agent to make sure we were all on the same page and moving forward for a quick escrow. There were issues with the appraisal, but Christine was on top of it. She provided the appraiser with the comps and really fought for us. She definitely had our best interests at heart and made it as stress free as possible for us. We highly recommend Christine to anyone buying or selling. Her reputation and years of experience speak for themselves. Thank you, Christine for all your hard work, guidance, and for helping us find a beautiful home to raise our children. There are no words to express how grateful and happy we are to have a place to finally call our home.” -Kim T., Seller

Mortgage rates inched up as a result of economic improvement and a shift in monetary policy guidance. While house price growth is slowing, prices remain high due to solid housing demand and low supply. We expect rates to continue to increase into 2022 which may leave some potential homebuyers with less room in their budgets on the sideline.
